Payment Before Court Date!

Some violations may be paid prior to the court date (see Schedule of Fines). If not on the schedule then it requires a court appearance. Anything on the Fine schedule must be paid in full prior to your court date if not paid then you must appear in court. If you need a payment plan you must also see the Judge. Tickets may be paid in person to the Court during regular business hours or by mail.

Before Court Date
Anyone wishing to plead guilty to their traffic ticket before the court must do so 24 hours before your court date. You must sign the backside of your ticket or a Waiver and Advise of Rights to pay your ticket before the court. If you send your money with someone other than yourself, your signature is required to be on the back of the ticket. Your ticket must be listed on the Schedule of Fines Page and must be paid in full only. If your ticket is not listed on the Schedule of fines page then you must appear in court and see the Judge. This court will accept cash or money orders and online payments. NO PERSONAL CHECKS.

You may now pay court and traffic ticket payments online. This is for state approved payable offenses only. The payment must be PAID IN FULL, before court date.
